Alarm Station

Business centers

The freezer alarm that becomes an email in the morning.

Business centers, complexes, and industrial sites with staff on site. Intrusion, plant, and environmental alarms. If somebody is already there, they should see it before a phone call does.

Night manager at a quiet desk

Some alarms are never dispatched at all. A temperature alarm, a plant trouble, a door held. They become an email. The people on shift could have acted in the hour the stock sat in a warming freezer.

Alarm Station is a touchscreen at the office or the guard desk. Intrusion in front. Faults on a list of their own. The instructions your own people wrote, in the words they use.

  • A tablet at the desk or a larger screen on the wall, depending on the room.
  • A screen that has stopped working tells you, so a quiet desk means a quiet night.
  • Staff first. Keep a central station behind them, or do not: that part is yours to arrange.

The guard desk

Intrusion in front, faults on a list of their own, and the instruction your own people wrote sitting underneath each alarm.

Operations

The alarms nobody would ever dispatch on, a freezer warming or a door held open, reach somebody who can walk over and deal with them.

The owner

A record of what happened overnight and who handled it, without asking anybody to reconstruct it in the morning.

If you sell alarm systems, or you run a staffed community and wish the alarms showed up at the desk, we would like to hear from you.
