Legal

Terms of use

These terms apply to the public website. They are not the product agreement.

Last updated September 1, 2026.

By using https://alarmstation.app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Who we are

This website is operated by Alarm Station LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company, which these terms call “we” and “us”. You can reach us at hello@alarmstation.app.

The website

This site describes Alarm Station and lets you contact us. It does not provide monitoring, does not accept alarm signals, and is not a channel for emergencies. Do not use it to report an alarm or to request dispatch.

The product is elsewhere

Access to the touchscreen, the admin site, and the receiver is offered to dealers under a separate agreement, and to their customers under that dealer’s terms. Nothing on this website is an offer of monitoring service or of emergency dispatch. Read how we monitor.

Accuracy

We try to describe the product honestly. Features, pricing, and availability can change. Screens and photographs on this site include product representations and illustrative photography; they are not a specification.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the contact form, attempt to break the site, scrape it in a way that degrades it, or imply that we listed, certified, or partnered with you when we have not.

Intellectual property

The Alarm Station name, mark, and the contents of this site are ours or used with permission. You may not use them to sell a competing service or to suggest an endorsement.

No warranty; limitation

The website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for damages arising from your use of the public site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Using the site after that date means the updated terms apply to you. If a change is significant, we will say so here rather than rely on the date alone.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about this website will be brought either in the state courts of Williamson County, Tennessee, or in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, and you and we both consent to the jurisdiction of those courts and to venue there.

If part of this does not hold

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and the unenforceable part is narrowed only as far as it has to be.
