Alarm Station

For security alarm companies

Something new for the accounts you already monitor.

Recurring revenue with no account to win first. You keep the relationship, the installation, and the monitoring contract. Alarm Station is the touchscreen on site, with your name on it.

The dealer’s name and number sit in the corner of the screen, where staff see them every day.

Recurring revenue on existing accounts

No new system, no rip-out. It attaches to accounts you already monitor. If those accounts are on Alarm.com, that is the platform we built against first and where the integration goes deepest. Everything else reaches us over SIA DC-09, so no account is left out.

A differentiator that is hard to copy

A capability the dealer down the road cannot quote, when they are bidding the same panels and the same monitoring you are. It changes what the conversation is about.

Your name on the customer’s screen

Logo, name and the number to call, sitting in the header of every screen you install. When a nurse looks up at 3am, it is your brand she sees, and your number she rings. Not ours.

Built for your Alarm.com accounts

We speak Alarm.com’s own signaling, not only the industry standard, so what exists on their platform reaches the screen intact instead of flattened into a generic event. If some of your accounts are on other platforms, those work too.

What you get

  • Recurring revenue on accounts you already own, with no hardware to sell and no new monitoring contract to win.
  • One dealer portal covering every customer you put on it: their sites, their systems, and the instructions their own staff follow.
  • Your logo, name and phone number on every touchscreen, in front of staff all day.
  • A view of what is faulting across your accounts, so a service call can start with you instead of a complaint.
  • Fewer “what is that beeping” calls, because the customer can finally see what is wrong in words they understand.
  • An account that is harder to lose. Taking it out means taking the screen off the wall at the nurse desk, and the customer noticing.
  • A reason to call on senior living and commercial accounts that has nothing to do with price.
  • Alarm.com integration that goes past what the SIA standard can express, and SIA DC-09 on every other account, tested against the current ANSI/SIA revisions.

Pricing

Dealer pricing is quoted rather than published, and it is recurring, so it adds to the monthly revenue on commercial and care accounts you already hold. We do not bill for hardware. Approved Android touchscreens are bought by you or your customer from ordinary suppliers.
