Alarm Station

Communities & HOAs

The front desk already answers for the community.

Homeowners associations, dorms, and other living communities. Many resident units, each with its own alarm system. If someone is paid to sit at the desk, they should see the alarm first.

Staffed lobby in warm afternoon light

The units and the common areas already have alarm systems. The missing piece is a place on site where staff see a panic from 4B without unlocking a phone.

After hours, if the desk is empty, a central station can pick it up. This product is for the hours somebody is at the desk, which in a staffed community is most of them.

  • A dedicated touchscreen at the desk, not an app they have to open.
  • Plain language, not installer codes.
  • One desk can cover several properties, if that is how you are organized.

The front desk

A panic from 4B appears where somebody is already sitting, with what to do about it. No phone to unlock and no app to open.

The board

A record of what happened and who handled it, which answers the question at the next meeting better than anybody’s memory of a Tuesday night.

Residents

The person who reaches them is somebody they recognize, who can be at the door before a phone call has finished ringing.

Talk to us.

If you sell alarm systems, or you run a staffed community and wish the alarms showed up at the desk, we would like to hear from you.
